Ephrem Berhanu has over 10 years of experience working on issues of adolescent and youth sexual reproductive health rights, HIV/AIDS, family planning, policy advocacy, and research and program development. He is serving as a managing director of Talent Youth Association /TaYA/ which he co founded in 2003.

TaYA is a youth led organization engaged in promoting youth development issues in Ethiopia and internationally. He used to serve as a CEO of the Network of African Youths for Development /NAYD/ an African regional youth network with over 1000 youth led organizations in membership stretching across 42 African countries. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
